I’m happy to announce that Lean Change Management will be available at the Agile 2013 bookstore!   I’m also pleased that Neil LaChapelle had finished copy editing the first chapter which will be released before the conference starts.  If you’re interested in hearing about a story of Lean Change in use at a public sector organization, check out my session “From Stone Age to Agile” which I’m co-presenting with Ardita Karaj.
